2.1.12.1. EQUIPMENT FOR AIR VENTILATION AND CLEANING Supply, deliver, install and put in operation the facility for forced ventilation with air ‘washing’ - Scrubber 6000 Nm3/h capacity, type as e.g. SO 05002 or similar. Install ventilation facility and air cleaning are planned within the »CENTAR«-ZADAR WTP, all according to the Environmental Impact Study for the »Centar«-Zadar WTP, 2000.g. Installation of facility, or air cleaning, are expected for 2 (two) ‘groups of buildings:
Facility 1. includes the following:
- Building for coarse grate with entry shaft/channel ;
- Building for screw pumps with entry partly channel ;
- Building for fine sieves. Facility is installed the building with fine sieves. In the building with grates and sieves suction pipeline with opening is builted into, and the open channels supply and screw pumps is roofed over with special polyester structures. Building with coarse grates is connected with the building with sieves (where facilities are for sucked in, ventilation and washing air) pipeline suction. Coverage of the open building/channel and pipeline suction provided in separate items!
Facility 2. includes the following:
- Building for sludge dehydration: 8 x air change and
- Thickening sludge (2 pcs..): 3 x air change Facility is installed in the building for sludge dehydration where the suction pipeline with opening is built into. Sludge thickening is roofed over with special polyester constructions and connected with the building for sludge dehydration (where the equipment for sucked in, ventilation and air washing is) pipeline suction. Coverage of the open building (thickener) and pipeline suction rpovided in separate items! The polluted air is brought from the rooms to the scrubber, which consists of:
- horizontal scrubber-a for air „washing”;
- systems for storing and dosing the chemical substances;
- ventilator and
- exit pipeline for cleaned air. Two-grade scrubber is manufactured of plastic. Upon suction, scrubber is connected with the suction pipeline, and to the exit with the ventilator.

Electric works (power supply, cabling , remote-control supervision etc.), construction works (foundations and the water connection) to the scrubbers and suction pipeline are not component part of the equipment.
