And we carried out this process for the years. Cotton Plus owns facilities of Weaving, Knitting and a Stitching unit with back of allied facilities. Apart from our own we utilize a larger number of production facilities from a numbers of vendors with sound reputation. OUR PRODUCTS: Woven Fabrics: All sort of fabrics made with Cotton, Blended Yarn and other Man - Made Fibres in all working widths. Mostly we do the high end fabrics including Percales ( T -180 to T - 600 ), Satins, Duck Fabric and other High Density woven Fabrics. We also do Yarn Dyed Kitchen Textiles. Made-Up Articles: Bed sheet sets, Duvet/Quilt cover sets, Fitted sheets, Pillow covers, Curtains, Comforters, Kitchen Towels, Napkins and Aprons. Knitted Fabrics:100 % cotton and blended circular knitted fabrics like Fleece, Pique Knit, Interlock, Thermal, Ribs and Single Jersey in Greige, Bleached and Dyed fabrics as well as their made UPS. 2 PRODUCTION FACILITIES: Weaving: S. Our monthly production including every item is more than 2.0 Millions Pieces per month. Knitting: We carry one unit of 32 Circular Knitting Machines but to fulfill all our requirements, we hire commercially working units accordingly. Production from our own source is approximate 40000 KG per month. PROCESSING: Mostly we sell Processed Fabrics and Made - UPS and we process all of our fabrics from some of the leading processing industries of Pakistan. Working Strength: Approximate 1400 workers are working in our organization. Exports: During the year 2004 our export turn over was US$ 40 million & our main markets are USA, Australia, Canada, Turkey, Belgium & Tunis.
