The contracting authority, whose main activity is to conduct research and development in the physical sciences, is the recipient of the grant for the project "ELI: Extreme Light Infrastructure – Phase 2" implemented under the Operational Programme Research, Development and Education (hereinafter the "Project"). Components (focusing mirrors, sample positioning, camera positioning) incorporated in the experimental end-stations of E1 hall require precise spatial alignment. Furthermore, part of the motion systems are incorporated in a vacuum environment. The fulfilment of the contract will allow completing the endstations in the E1 experimental hall. The subject-matter of the public tender is supply of motorized translation stages, rotation stages, goniometers, and necessary power drivers. Purchase of positioning systems is necessary for the operation of MAC endstation, PXS endstations, and SRS endstation in E1 experimental hall. The Subject Matter of the Public Contract for supplies includes a selection of a supplier that shall – based on a concluded purchase contract supply performance as specified in Annex 6 a)-d) (Technical Specifications) and Annex 7 a)-d) (Binding text of the Contract) hereto. The bidder shall be obliged to prepare the bid in accordance with all requirements of the Contracting Authority and in accordance with this Tender Documentation and all its Annexes. The public contract is divided into individual parts pursuant to Sec. 98 (1) of the Act: Part A – Electromagnetic motor-driven stages, in vacuum Part B – Piezo-driven stages, in vacuum Part C – Electromagnetic motor-driven stages, in air Part D – Piezo-driven stages, in air Each contractor may submit a bid to one of the parts or to several or all of the parts.
