Looking for manufacturers of industrial machine frames. The following is a summary of what we refer to as a machine frame :
A (machine) frame consists of :
Welded metal plates of between 40 to 50 mm thick manufactured to withstand the stress and strain forces of the main hydraulic working cylinder and the weight of the machine tooling.
On this frame are mounted other components such as a stationary platinum on which the main hydraulic trimming cylinder and a moving platinum are assembled. The trimming machine crosshead moving platinum, on which the machine tooling is attached, is displaced by the hydraulic cylinder and guided by two guide rods.
