I am the responsible of ARTYMER, a trade mature company, based in Spain (Madrid).
Currently I am looking for 3.000.000 PIECES of stereo earphones(for this year) Following years quantities must be in between (3.000.000-6.000.000), signed under contract at the beginning of the year with fixed prices for the whole year.
Stereo Earphones must have the specifications listed below:
Target price:0.074 USD/piece
Wire Lenght:110 cms.
Impedance:32 Ohms.
One colour logo printed on the earphone (similar as the attached doc)
Measures ( Inner box, of each earphone,80mm*53mm*8mm, printed in 4 colours, gloss finish).
Packaging:
Each 100 pieces must be packed into a PP bag.
Carton Measures:47cms* 34cm*24 cms (contains 4 PP bags (400 pieces))
GW:8 kgs
NW:7 kgs.
Capacity of 40 Container 1500 cartons (600.000 earphones)
EARPHONES MUST BE VERIFIED TWICE (after manufactured and before be packed)
ACCEPTED FAULT RATE: LESS THAN 2 %
