Makedonská společnost OTEX je soukromou společností sestávající se z několika výrobních jednotek. Mezi základní činnosti této společnosti se řadí výroba textilních výrobků a to jak pro oblast ženské, pánské a dětské konfekce, tak i produkce příze, umělé kožešiny, posteloviny, deštníkových potahů atd.
Aktuálně tato makedonská firma poptává tyto komodity:
1. Polyakrylové svazky vláken 3.4 dtex
2. Vlněné kartáčové svazky vláken 25-30 mikronů, 80 mm
3. Polyamidové svaky vláken
Dále se poptávají pro druhou v pořadí provozovnu tyto komodity:
1. Syntetická vlákna PES 25-28mm dtex 3.3
2. Vlnu 50-60mm vypranou nebo karbonizovanou 24-28 mikronů
3. Filament
Pro třetí v pořadí provozovnu se poptávají tyto komodity:
1. Akrylová vlákna nebo odpadní akrylová vlákna 1.7 dtex/60mm, 3.4dtex/60mm, 6.8 dtex/60mm
2. Velurové pásky (10%polyamid či 100 polyester o hmotnosti 85-100g/m2, šířka 50-55mm
Otex is a private holding company consist of several production units (factories). Basic activities are production of ready- made textile products ( men`s, women`s, children`s, semi- heavy), yarn, artificial fur, blankets, umbrellas, ties.
The factory for production of yarn and wool for manual and machine knitting have yarn with numeration from 3 to 15, also is producing an effective yarns.
the yarn is made of synthetic fibre, combination of synthetic and wool and wool fibres.
For the requirements of this factory we are interested for the following:
1.polyacrylic tops 3.4 dtex (raw white colour and black, coloured acrylic tops)
2.wool brushed tops 25- 30 microns; 80 mm (raw white colour, coloured wool tops)
3.polyamid tops 17 dtex + 9,9 dtex (high shine)
The factory for artificial fur produce a great range of fur from shoe fur, furniture fur, fur for heavy ready- made wear, to high fashion fur for winter jackets, fur coats, yamboliyas ( wool covers). The raw materials content is predominanted by synthetic fibres, but there is also the production of fur made from a combination of wool flor for special purposes. We also produce jacquard fur in many colours, patterns, with different flors depending of the market requirements.
For the requirements of this factory we are intersted for the following:
1.synthetic fibre PES ( white black 25- 28 mm dtex 3.3)
2.wool (50- 60 mm washed or carbonized 24- 28 microns)
3.filament (1 x 167/ 32 )
The factory for blankets produce single blankets 150 x 200cm, baby blankets, children`s blankets as well as blankets with dimensions 180 x 220; 200 x 240. Concerning raw materials there are usualy acrylic fibre. The blankets can be also cotton, or combination with wool, depends of the market requirements. Concerning the patterns, the possibilities are unlimited, starting with two colours, single colour cloth, then jacquard cards and the production of blankets in various patterns, colours wich are used in wider consuption. The annual capacities are 200.000 – 250.000 unit or monthly 20.000 units.
For the requirements of this factory we are intersted for the following:
1.acrylic fibre or waste acrylic fibre ( 1.7 dtex/ 60mm; 3.4 dtex/ 60 mm; 6.8 dtex/ 60 mm raw white , bright )
2.velour tape ( 100% polyamide or 100% polyeser; weight 85- 100 g/ square meters; width 50- 55 mm )
